You can participate in the leaderboard without it. Player Name A display name you choose when submitting your score to the leaderboard. This name is visible publicly on the global leaderboard. Device Identifier A randomly generated identifier stored on your device. This is used solely to record your leaderboard ranking across sessions. It is not linked to your identity. Gameplay Data Your scores and combo statistics are submitted to the global leaderboard. No other gameplay data is collected or transmitted. 2. How I Use Your Information I use the information I collect only for the following purposes: Leaderboard participation: Display your score and player name on the global leaderboard. Marketing newsletters: If you explicitly opt in during leaderboard submission, I may use your email address to send you newsletters, updates, and promotional communications about Load Reflex and ThirdEye news updates. I do not use your email for any purpose other than the marketing newsletter you opted into. I will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. 3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR) If you are located in the European Economic Area, I process your personal data under the following legal bases: Consent: You provide your email address voluntarily and explicitly opt in to marketing communications. Legitimate interests: Maintaining the leaderboard and preventing abuse. 4. Data Retention Email addresses are retained until you request deletion. Leaderboard entries may be retained indefinitely as part of the public leaderboard. Device identifiers are stored locally on your device and cleared when you uninstall the app. 5. Supabase processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy. No other third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services are used in this app. 8.
